Although we are proudly still considered a small business when compared to the larger commercial construction firms, we are consistently expanding our team and heavy machinery fleet.
Our Fleet
CCJ Developments machinery is well maintained and fit for purpose, minimizing potential delays to your project caused by breakdowns or under performing equipment.
Mini earthmoving equipment is highly manoeuvrable on any work site. They can access areas no less than 1 metre wide, perfect for those confined spaces, and reduce positioning time compared to large excavation machinery. These lighter vehicles limit the impact of construction activities, especially when it rains. Our mini equipment leaves a very small footprint on operating surfaces, reducing risks to underground services, driveways, turf, gardens, etc.
